Whether it's freelancing, launching a startup, or trying something new, too many people give up before they truly begin. EEE exists for those who failed, fell behind, or simply lost hope. We don't just motivate. We rebuild.

Up and Age Enterprise was founded by Nabila Mughal on a simple but powerful belief: the greatest asset of Pakistan is its people. We saw the potential in women confined to their homes, in talented youth with no direction, in individuals with special needs overlooked by society, and in freelancers struggling to find their first client

Our mission is Empowerment, not Aid. We provide the training, the technical skills, and the strategic guidance to help Pakistanis build their own businesses and thriving freelance careers, fostering dignity and financial independence.
